For homeowners
If your driveway is cracked, sunken near the garage, or heaving at the edges, patching won't fix it. We excavate the old asphalt, rebuild and compact the gravel base, correct the pitch so water runs away from the house, and lay new hot-mix asphalt. Most residential driveways are done in two days.

We work with builders across the North Shore on single lots and subdivisions. Binder course goes down so you can get the certificate of occupancy, top course when landscaping and heavy traffic are finished. Our own equipment means no waiting on a sub's sub.

How a paving job goes
Estimate
We come out, measure, check drainage and the existing base, and give a written price.
Excavate & grade
Old asphalt out, base gravel in and compacted, pitched so water runs off.
Pave
Hot-mix asphalt laid with our own paver and rolled to a smooth, dense finish.
Cure
Stay off it for 3 days, no parking in one spot for a week or two in hot weather. Seal after the first year.
