We pave for builders across the North Shore on new construction and subdivisions. Binder course before the C.O., top course when the site is done. One crew, our own paver, roller and trucks, so we show up when we say we will.

EJ Lopez Landscaping & Construction is a family-owned paving and hardscape company on the North Shore. EJ is on every job. The crew runs its own paver, roller, skid steer and dump trucks, which is why the schedule holds and the price stays honest.
Most of the work is asphalt driveways, for builders finishing new homes and for homeowners replacing driveways that have cracked, sunk or heaved. Hardscape and irrigation grew out of customers asking for the rest of the front yard to match.
